Welcome to our little corner of the world! Lemon Soju was created to serve as a collective for our blogs. In case you are unfamiliar with the term, a blog is an online journal. The name of this site comes from a Korean alcohol. Soju is basically rice wine and very similar to sake. Much thanks goes to Esca for letting us mooch off her.
